My perspective on a network marketing pyramid hasn't switched since I first got excited about an opportunity that was offered to me. I was showered with thoughts and visions of prosperity, attention amongst my friends and a future unrivaled by the sharpest of all Entrepreneurs. It really didn't matter what anyone thought, it only mattered what I thought and how everyone I encountered would see my point of view.

If I imagined it, then it was undoubtedly true and doable. Why wouldn't it be? I had seen many others reach stardom and prosperity. It turned out that only a handful in Multi-level marketing were telling the truth of the matter. There was a saying that was repeated to give us trust and vitality: "Fake it right up till you make it". And we did. All suited up, built for prosperity and repeating the positive speeches that seemed to be contagious throughout every business enterprise I joined. It was always the same old stuff everywhere I went. The same pep talks, the same methods, the same network marketing lies and the same persons. But I knew deep down that there was something the big shots weren't revealing to me.

I was right. The ones in the know had done this before effortlessly. They mingled with the ones that had walked across many stages being noticed as Top Earners in a Multi-level marketing company. And they were always the ones to find out about the next huge project before anyone else. Well folks, that's how it works with any business or organization that is effective. You look for the sharpest, most successful and gifted men and women with established track records to start your business. Imagine why so many that start a venture don't succeed. It is because they think they are the best online marketer to operate the program. After all, they are the ones with the strategy and the funds.

The real smart money does their research and sends out scouts, puts the word out and entices only the best in that field. But most of us see Multi-level marketing Businesses getting their start in dimly lit basements with men and women dressed in black color suits and hats pulled firmly over their eyes. This whole modern world is based directly or indirectly on some sort of hierarchy. Let us think of it this way. Let's start with your CEO at the top. Then there are Tom and Kale the foremen. Only Kale just started and has six men on his workforce with one of the men having to break away and get his own workforce. Tom has been with the Boss for awhile and he's taking care of fourteen men. Tom would need to give more responsibility to one of his men before he goes nuts. Does this sound common? It's a Home-based business Pyramid program! Every opportunity on this planet looks something like this. The Navy, your household and yes even the Church incorporate this basic business model. I will loudly point out that there are ripoffs, there is corruption, greed and lies in our area, but to think that it only can occur in a Network Marketing Pyramid is not true.
